CHARLES WAITE MORGAN
DIRECTOR
Mr Morgan has extensive experience in equity capital markets and has been involved with numerous projects over a 20 year period. The bulk of these were in the resources/oil & gas industries and more recently in the technology sector.
Mr Morgan has successfully identified emerging international opportunities and acquired large, early stage and strategic positions in a wide range of ventures around the globe. In addition to identifying and acquiring interest in early stage ventures, his particular strengths include partnering with regional experts, securing teams of appropriate executives, procuring development capital and adding value for the benefit of shareholders.
He is, or previously held the position of, Founder, Chairman, Director or major Shareholder in the following companies- Alto Energy Ltd, Nido Petroleum NL, West Oil NL, Fusion Oil & Gas NL, Valdera Ltd, Nautronix Ltd, WildHorse Ltd, Matra plc and VectoGen Ltd. Charles acquired the rights over a certain CSIRO technology in 1999 that now forms the basis of the ASX listed company Imugene Ltd (ASX-IMU).

CRAIG IAN BURTON Bjuris, LLB, MAICD
DIRECTOR
Mr Burton is an experienced and active investor in start-up projects and businesses, both public listed and private. Over the last 15 years he has co-founded numerous development companies, with a focus upon the resources, oil and gas, mining services and agribusiness sectors. Three of the companies co-founded by Mr Burton (Mirabela Nickel Ltd, Sally Malay Mining Ltd and Albidon Ltd) have made large discoveries, achieving market values of greater than $800 million each.
Mr Burton is currently an executive director of Mirabela Nickel Ltd and a non-executive director of Wildhorse Energy Limited, Matra Petroleum plc, Exco Resources Ltd, Solimar Energy Limited, Rewards Group Limited and Capital Drilling Limited.

EDWARD RIGG
DIRECTOR
Mr Rigg is Managing Director of Argonaut Limited (www.argonautlimited.com), a resource focused integrated investment house that offers stockbroking, corporate advisory, funds management and principal investment services. Argonaut is 20% owned by Apollo, one of the world’s largest private equity funds within excess of $40 billion under management.
Mr Rigg has over 15 years experience in the execution of mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings with specialist expertise in the oil and gas and mining sectors. He has previously held senior positions with global investment bank CIBC World Markets and the Perth based stockbroker, DJ Carmichael Pty Ltd. He has a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University, is a Responsible Officer under the AFSL regime, a Responsible Executive under the ASX Business Rules and is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.

WILL BARKER
VICE PRESIDENT - NEW VENTURES
Mr Barker is a geologist with a broad range of experience in the exploration and development of oil and gas projects both within Australia and overseas. Mr Barker spent two years as Operations Manager with New Guinea Energy Ltd, where he was responsible for the company’s oil and gas exploration programs within the challenging environment of Papua New Guinea. He also spent over six years working on the development of natural gas projects within New South Wales with ASX listed company Sydney Gas Ltd.
His experience extends to exploration and development of oil and gas projects, pipeline and gas facilities construction, government relations and corporate promotion. He has served as a member of the Coal Geology Council of New South Wales, and is a member of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia.

STEPHEN KEENIHAN
VICE PRESIDENT - EXPLORATION
Mr Keenihan has more than 35 years experience in the energy industry, within and outside Australia. He has primarily been involved with oil and gas activities but also a broad range of experience in other energy and electricity projects including coal, gas, wind, biofuels and geothermal. He has previously held senior management roles with Apache Energy, Griffin Energy, Novus Petroleum, WMC Petroleum, LASMO and Woodside.
He has extensive expertise in oil and gas exploration activities and experience covering a broad range of disciplines including development, operations, commercial and marketing activities both operated and non-operated. He is presently the Managing Director of Latent Petroleum and a non executive director of Grand Gulf Energy.

JEFF SKATES
VICE PRESIDENT - ENGINEERING
Mr Skates has more than 20 years experience as a reservoir engineer, initially focused on offshore Western Australia with Woodside and Apache Corporation. From 1998 to 2003, Mr Skates worked for Mitsubishi Corporation, evaluating more than 100 acquisition and farm-in opportunities across Asia and Australasia. Since 2003, he has principally consulted to Argonaut, a Perth-based investment banking firm, where he assesses the technical aspects of new oil & gas opportunities world-wide. Mr Skates is a member of the SPE and holds a B. Sc (Hons) and an MBA from the University of Western Australia
